It’s an automatic, simple, compact and economical machine which requires low maintenance.
Equipped with a control panel which is very easy to use but very powerful, leading to fast sharpening and preparation times.
We have analyzed the working cycle of various workshops to optimize the use of the machine. The result is a control panel with only the necessary buttons, like the knife sharpening machines of the past.
Once the sharpening cycle is finished, the polishing cycle is started, if selected. This is activated automatically, for maximum sharpening quality and minimum surface roughness of the knife (and the machine automatically reduces the carriage speed for that fine-finishing operation).

It features a grinding head designed to prevent corrosion better than standard painted grinding heads, equips a direct drive motor: this gives you 20% more motor power compared to other motors that incorporate a belt drive.
