Gerling manual brazing machines offer exact tip placement in a precise, repeatable manner. Their simple, intuitive design leads to quick familiarization and ease of use for the operator. The process of manual brazing is, as follows:
- Adjustment of the saw diameter and rake angle with hand wheels
- Carbide tips are manually fed by means of an adjustable tip support
- The tips are fed into a water-cooled brazing grip and clamped with ceramic plates
- The tips are manually transported to the saw blade with a brazing grip
- Tips are brazed onto the circular saw blade by means of inductive heating
