Improve your quality inspection process with the Gerling line of Quality Control and Measuring machines. These machines give you the ability to perform full quality inspection of your saw blade production. They provide you with valuable information such as axial runout, saw tension, and flatness of a saw body and present it in graphical form.
Quality control is also required after brazing to ensure that the saw blade tip is brazed correctly to the tooth (positioned in the middle, at the correct hook angle, with a continuous solder seam). The bond strength between the steel saw body and carbide tip is also very important to the quality process and can be tested with Gerling's braze bond strength measuring systems.
